Q: I have been invited to a bridal shower and on the invitation it has a note that says to bring a 3x5 card with some kind of advice for a happy marriage. We're supposed to sign the card, too. I know the groom very well, but I do not know this bride at all. I am very reluctant to bring such a card. Have you ever heard of such a thing? I think it is too personal or impersonal, I don't know which.
